Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive proposals and bids for projects.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Sales Forecasting: Track sales performance and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
