Business Development Executive

With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, corporate clients, and construction project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate and construction services.
• Work closely with the leasing, property management, and construction teams to ensure seamless transactions and project execution.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and real estate and construction exhibitions to enhance the company’s market presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, real estate, or construction.
• Strong understanding of property buying, selling, leasing, and construction project processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Knowledge of local real estate and construction laws and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a real estate agency, property management firm, construction company, or similar environment.
